Speed, accuracy, expense cuts and reduced paper-shuffling are the key goals of a mobile computing tool developed by a unit of Insurance Services Office to streamline operations at ISO's property inspection subsidiary. The heart of the system is a software application called FR Toolkit (trademark pending) designed by CRS Systems, a Pearl River, N.Y.-based division of New York-based ISO.

CRS Systems provides technical support to Commercial Risk Services Inc., ISO'S 12-year-old, $80 million a year property inspection subsidiary based in Parsippany, NJ.
