About 33 percent of 225 risk managers responding to a recent Liberty Mutual survey use online computer networks such as the Internet five or more hours a week. The respondents answered a question on a September fax survey of risk managers' top priorities which asked if they use an "online service," specifically naming America Online, CompuServe, Prodigy and the Internet, said John F.
