Underneath the looming cloud of President Bill Clinton's growing legal costs is a possible silver lining - personal umbrella liability insurance is covering some of his litigation expenses, the National Underwriter has confirmed. At least one insurer - Bloomington, Ill.-based State Farm Group - has acknowledged in an interview with the National Underwriter that President Clinton's legal bills are being paid in part by the carrier's umbrella policy.
