Ohio agents thwarted in affliate-license flaps.

The Ohio department of insurance has dismissed two complaints filed by the Independent Insurance Agents of Ohio challenging the granting of an insurance license to affiliates of non-insurance entities - one a bank and the other proposed by an auto dealership - letters to the IIAO obtained by the National Underwriter revealed.
