If there is ever a fire at a company, that business will likely have a fire-evacuation plan that tells employees how they are to proceed. Ditto for tornadoes. But that does not hold true for. incidents of workplace violence, according to Beth Lindamood, assistant product manager in the workers' compensation division of Cincinnati-based Great.
