Mystery E-Mail Announces NCCI-ISO Deal.

In a deal first revealed by a mystery e-mail writer, the National Council on Compensation Insurance has bought out rival statistical agent Insurance Data Resources, Inc. The unsigned message, sent to news outlets and regulators, arrived three days before NCCI of Boca Raton, Fla., and IDR's parent, New York-based Insurance Services Office, Inc.
