PITTSBURGH--Twenty-nine low-income housing initiatives have won a total of $6.15 million in funding grants under the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh's affordable housing program. The grants will finance 1,385 units in affordable housing projects located in Delaware, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
