* ATM POWER: Diebold Inc. of Green this month unveiled its new family of automated teller machines, known as Opteva. The company already has installed its first Opteva unit, which is in operation at a U.S. Bank location in Portland, Ore. The new ATM features open architecture and Agilis, Diebold's multi-vendor software, which allow for easy installation.
