Byline: JEFF STACKLIN After receiving $1.35 million from a dozen angel investors, medical device and implant developer R&B Surgical Solutions of Cleveland this summer plans to begin manufacturing and selling its latest line of spinal implants. John Redmond, president and CEO of the company, said the new financing also will help R&B complete the development of a second spinal implant, which should be ready to sell early next year.
