Lutheran Hospital in Ohio City is getting in on the bioscience action in Northeast Ohio by building a new $1.8 million center for health care education. Dubbed the Dr. Ted and Jean Castele Bioscience Learning Center, the building will open by the end of the year. It's being built on the site of the hospital's existing auditorium.
