Deloitte & Touche near Society Center lease The Deloitte & Touche accounting firm is close to signing a lease for 2 1/2 floors of the Society Center building now under construction, according to two sources with direct knowledge of the transaction. The new Cleveland office would combine the offices of the company's two predecessor firms, Deloitte, Haskins & Sells, now in the East Ohio Building, and Touche Ross & Co., now in Ohio Savings Plaza.
Spokesmen for Deloitte and developers David and Richard Jacobs declined comment. The firm would join Society Corp. and Squire, Sanders & Dempsey in the 57-story office tower.
