Big Blue office already tuned to Akers' plan Big Blue may be turning black and blue nationwide, but the head of International Business Machine Corp.'s regional office in Cleveland is bullish on his company's future. "Northeast Ohio is a really good story about what is happening in IBM," said Cosmo P.
