The word "recession" has no meaning at All Pro Freight Systems Inc. The Cleveland trucking and warehouse company was formed in September 1990, about the time the nation's economy started heading south. But All Pro has grown steadily, and last month, it moved into 85,000 square feet of office and warehouse space on Quigley Road.

"I hate to use the word recession because we didn't have one here," said Chris E. Haas, president and founder of All Pro. The company started with 10 tractors and had $2.4 million in revenue in 1991.
