As demand for managers surges, companies furiously hunt recruits Ohio Savings Bank is searching for so many new managers at once that it needs to create a new job - company recruiter. The growing Cleveland-based bank is beating the bushes for qualified candidates to fill more than 10 management and senior-level slots, 35% of which are new positions.

"It is a challenge to find exceptional people," said Robert Gillespie, Ohio Savings' senior vice president and director of human resources.
