NEW OWNERS TO EXPAND NATIONAL LAND TITLE.

Stewart Information Services Corp., a publicly traded real estate title insurance provider, plans to expand National Land Title Insurance Co. of Cleveland nationwide after recently acquiring it. National Land Title has more than 100 agents providing title insurance services for land purchases and related services in Ohio and Illinois.
Terms of its purchase by Houston-based Stewart were not disclosed. National Land was founded in 1972 by the Dzurilla family and most recently was headed by Michael Dzurilla. Mr. Dzurilla was succeeded as president of National Land by Tom Sagehorn, a Chicago-based executive vice president of Steward Title Guaranty Co.
