SOLON RD. BUILDING PLANNED AS ANCHOR FOR OFFICE CAMPUS.

An investor group plans to use a Solon office building and surrounding land it just purchased from Sherwin-Williams Co. as the foundation for an office campus. Plans call for leasing the 62,000-square-foot building that already exists on the site at 31500 Solon Road to a single user or slicing it up for multitenant use.
That building will have company in the future as developers plan to add at least two structures to the 17-acre property, said Andrew Kelton, executive vice president of Chelm Properties of Solon, which will manage the development for its new owner, 31500 Solon Associates LLC.
