Penton neas sale of printing division Penton Media Inc. of Cleveland has narrowed to one the field of buyers for its printing division and expects to close a sale by the end of the year. Mary Abood, manager of corporate communications for Penton, wouldn't identify the party aiming to buy Penton Press in Berea.
Penton Press employs 250. Meantime, Penton continues to look for a buyer for its Tampa, Fla.-based direct mail business, which mainly serves the pharmaceutical market, Ms. Abood said.
