Tucked away on the fourth floor of the May Co. building on Public Square, the Cleveland office of Trammell Crow Co. has grown dramatically by concentrating its efforts on the local outsourcing market for corporate real estate services. "Corporations geared toward their core business increasingly have created a niche for companies like ours to assist with their real estate," said Tracy C.
Green, Trammell Crow principal and senior vice president. The Dallas-based company's Cleveland office identified the trend toward corporate real estate outsourcing in 1997 and moved to capitalize on it in the local market.
