Bob Swanson left a job as chief financial officer at Bonne Bell to open Minotti's Wine and Liquor in Westlake. Bob Swanson had a dream he couldn't ignore. To follow that dream, he took a leap of faith from chief financial officer at Lakewood-based Bonne Bell Inc. to small business owner -- from looking out for the financial welfare of a large company to tasting wine, catering to customers and being his own boss at Minotti's Wine and Liquor in Westlake.
