The recent anthrax cases in New York, Washington, D.C., and Florida have prompted some Northeast Ohio companies to change their protocol for sending and receiving mail, while others are seizing the opportunity to market their protection services. Though some companies believe the threat is nonexistent here, they're still taking precautions, said Bill Penrod, vice president and director of the Cleveland office of Klink & Co., a Pittsburgh-based corporate security company.
