Deal puts Harris in new hands; Dun & Bradstreet to keep status quo.(Harris InfoSource International )(Brief Article)

Harris InfoSource International Inc., a company in Twinsburg that publishes national manufacturing databases, including the Ohio Industrial Directory, has been sold to credit reporting and business information giant Dun & Bradstreet Corp. Dun & Bradstreet officials said Harris will remain in Twinsburg, and its top management will continue to head the company, which was founded in 1972.

Dun & Bradstreet did not disclose terms of the acquisition. Harris has 140 employees in Twinsburg, according to Dun & Bradstreet. It also has a 13-person office in Anaheim, Calif. According to industry estimates, Harris will have sales this year of about $15 million. Harris chairman Robert A. Harris did not return three telephone messages left with his office last week...
