Hallrich puts more Pizza Huts onto its plate.(Hallrich Inc., Pizza Hut Inc. and Beauty First Salons)(Brief Article)

Hallrich Inc. of Stow isn't letting the slumping economy stop it from raising its stake in Pizza Hut restaurants and Beauty First salons. The franchisee recently bought five Pizza Hut restaurants in central Ohio from Ohio Valley Pizza Hut Inc. of Athens. The acquisitions give Hallrich 89 Pizza Hut restaurants, 79 of which are in Northeast Ohio, said Dan Wright, executive vice president of Hallrich.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Hallrich also plans to open four more Pizza Huts in Northeast and central Ohio by the middle of next year. The first of the new restaurants is set to open this Wednesday, Nov. 14, in Geneva, followed next year by locations in Chesterland, Sunbury and Minerva, Mr. Wright said.
