With two new partners on board, film production firm Glazen Creative Group of Cleveland isn't going to be bashful anymore about its abilities. The company now will tout its ability to develop and design creative work for ``anything that involves the moving image,'' such as TV ads and web sites, said Ron Goldfarb, Glazen's president.

Glazen in the past has shied away from promoting its design abilities for fear of competing with local ad agencies, Mr. Goldfarb said. ``We thought they would hire us to do their production for them,'' he said.
