It's the Flash Ferenc, acerbic newsman of the team of "Jeff and Flash,'' the duo that dominated Cleveland radio for the better part of a decade. Jeff Kinzbach and Flash Ferenc jointly presided over the "Buzzard Morning Zoo'' on rock station WMMS-FM, 100.7, where they worked drive time together for 18 years - a virtual eternity in radio.
