Byline: HENRY GOMEZ Captain D's Inc., a seafood staple in the Southeast that has yet to make much noise up north, is fishing for franchisees in Greater Cleveland. Based in Nashville, Tenn., Captain D's is no stranger to interstate travelers headed south to East Coast beaches. Signs for the 570-unit, fast-casual chain heavily populate highways, and vacationers know the restaurant as a more affordable eatery in resort towns crawling with swank seafood establishments.
