Purchase by rival to add jobs at Foresight.(Foresight Technology Group and Berbee Information Networks Corp.)

Byline: TOM JACKSON Foresight Technology Group, an 87-employee Brecksville company that sells hardware and software to businesses, expects to add jobs following its acquisition by a Wisconsin company. Berbee Information Networks Corp. of Madison, Wis., which sells information technology and new applications to businesses, late last week said it bought Foresight so that it can extend its sales territory and offer a wider array of business products.
Officials at Berbee and Foresight would not disclose the purchase price. Combined revenues of the two companies will exceed $280 million this year, with Foresight accounting for "roughly a fourth of that,'' said Rich Croll, president of Foresight.
