Office encore; Curtain rises on downtown's Theater District as leasing action heats up.(Halle Building)

Byline: STAN BULLARD When Dave Solomon and his two partners this month opened Huron Square Deli in downtown Cleveland's Theater District, they literally turned back on the lights at a diner on the Huron Road side of the Halle Building garage that had been dark since mid-summer. The three building products salesmen sniffed opportunity after one of them, Rick Siebert, had trouble finding a nearby place to eat breakfast one Saturday after he moved into the Huron Square Apartments down the block.
