Law boosts visa fees.(Small Business)

Byline: Michael Sharon Congress is making substantial changes to the H-1B and L-1 visa processes, increasing fees among other new restrictions, which will make it more difficult to hire foreign nationals. In the Omnibus Appropriations Bill (H.R. 4818) are provisions that affect the H-1B Temporary Worker in a Specialty Occupation and the L-1 Intracompany Transferee visa categories.
