Byline: David Bennett Nearly two years after Cleveland-based Oglebay Norton Co. declared bankruptcy and almost a year after launching its restructuring plan, Julie Boland is starting to exhale. Hired in January 2002 as vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of the Cleveland supplier of aggregates and mineral materials, Ms.
Boland soon helped steer the company through some of the roughest waters in its 151-year history. The company sought Chapter 11 protection from creditors in February 2004 and emerged from bankruptcy proceedings on Jan. 31, 2005 - a short time for a company the size of Oglebay.
