LOAN PROGRAM TARGETS STATE'S AUTO SUPPLIERS * The Ohio Department of Development is mounting a push to grow the state's auto parts makers. Lt. Gov. Bruce Johnson last week announced a new program of no-interest loans for investments by the auto suppliers that create jobs. In addition, the development department is beginning a series of conferences around the state to promote the new program and other department efforts to assist auto suppliers.
