Jones Day duo focuses on mentoring; Law firm aims to prepare next generation of attorneys for leadership roles in future.(News)

Byline: SHAWN A. TURNER With an eye on the future, Cleveland's Jones Day law firm has appointed two people to the job of helping mentor and develop its base of young attorneys. As of Jan. 1, Bob Walker was named office litigation coordinator for the Cleveland office and John Saada Jr. officially took on the title of business practice coordinator in Cleveland.
In their roles, the two are responsible for shepherding the firm's young crop of associates and partners. Mr. Saada has been in that position for more than a year, he said, though his title was only publicly announced to other members of the firm at the start of 2007. The announcements came about a month before Judy Rawson, wife of Robert H. Rawson Jr., partner-in-charge of Jones Day's Cleveland...
