* ER DONATION: South Pointe Hospital, a Cleveland Clinic hospital, received $250,000 from Cleveland real estate developer Sam Miller and his wife, Maria, to upgrade the hospital's emergency department. The Millers' gift is the largest ever given to the hospital by individual donors. The renamed Maria and Sam Miller Emergency Services Department will include a state-of-the-art central monitoring system as well as a new configuration of the waiting and triage areas.
