Northville Twp. set to act on county plan for 926-acre site. (Northville Township, MI)

Wayne Countys pans for its 926-acre Northville Township parcel could take a major leap forward within the next few days when township commissioners meet to consider special zoning for the site. The tract is one of three suburban real-estate projects in which the county is involved. The others are the expansion at Detroit Metropolitan Airport and the security of $6 million in bonds for a Vining Road/I-94 interchange that would offer highway access for a proposed retail development in Romulus.
