Borders must run to catch rivals in Net. (Borders Group Inc; Internet)

Borders has twice delayed its entry to Internet selling. Some consultants say that may have given its chief rivals, Amazon.com Inc. and Barnes and Noble Inc., an insurmountable advantage.
