With a job history as a social worker, small-business owner and nonprofit executive, Cathy McClelland never thought she'd be invited to the White House, let alone twice in a month. After picking up a presidential award for excellence in microenterprise development from President Clinton in February, she was asked to make her second White House trip to participate in a seminar in early March.
