Two Walgreens drugstores, a medical office building and a strip mall are under way in east Dearborn, the Department of Building and Safety said. At the northeast corner of Michigan Avenue and Greenfield Road, V&W Corp. is building a $1.1 million, one-story Walgreens with 14,653 square feet.
At the southwest corner of Schaefer Road and Warren Avenue, M&M Development Co. is building a $1.05 million Walgreens store with 13,854 square feet. Mike Younis is building a two-story, 18,549-square-foot medical office building at the southeast corner of Schaefer Highway and Alber Street, just north of Ford Road.
