Joint venture's planned minivan will have spark Energy Conversion Devices Inc. (Nasdaq: ENER), Troy, announced it will form a joint venture, Unique Mobility Europa GmbH, with EV Global Motors Co. and Unique Mobility Inc. The venture's first product is to be a minivan with a battery-powered electric drivetrain.
Ghazaleh Koefod, Energy Conservation Devices' corporate secretary in investor relations, said external investors will fund the project. Other terms were not provided. ACQUISITIONS Great Lakes REIT (NYSE: GL), an Oak Brook, Ill., real estate investment trust, has acquired Burlington Office Center, 305, 315 and 325 Eisenhower Parkway, Ann Arbor.
