A Bloomfield Township computer consultant has a new alliance it hopes will bring it $4 million a year as a supplier of networking equipment and other hardware for Oracle software installed by Chicago CPAs Grant Thornton L.L.P. Bloomfield Computing Solutions Inc., since January a unit of South Africa-based Datatec Ltd., said the deal also would involve installing the hardware.
Bloomfield Computing Solutions is adopting Datatec's new brand name, Logical. ``Grant Thornton will do the application (software) installations and all the changes, the customization,'' said Ken Bylsma, Logical's alliance manager. ``We provide the appropriate hardware, tuning the network, making sure it's all sufficiently robust, the sorts of things that have to be done to assure...
