Pair of million-dollar contracts approved for Ford Field Detroit's Downtown Development Authority has approved two $1 million-plus contracts for work on the Detroit Lions' Ford Field as work moves ahead for the domed stadium. One contract is between White-Olson L.L.C., Detroit, the interim construction manager for the domed stadium, and Capitol Construction Co.'s subsidiary, The Brinker Team, a certified minority Detroit business, for foundation construction at the stadium's main concourse.
