That's Covisint, as in coven? sin? cosine?

Corporate name consultants have mixed opinions on the name selected by the domestic automakers for their e-commerce marketplace. ``Covisint'' is an amalgamation of syllables from several words the automakers said they wanted to convey: ``co'' for ``cooperation,'' ``collaboration'' and ``communication,'' ``vis'' from ``vision'' and ``visibility,'' and ``int'' from ``international'' as well as ``integrated.'' Two name consultants contacted last week by Crain's are withholding judgment on Covisint until they see how it's defined and how it's used as part of an overall marketing strategy.

``As a word, I think it's quite fine, but I'm not sure what the tagline is going to be, so the meaning of it is still unclear,'' said Ira Bachrach, president of NameLab Inc....
