Covisint signs up suppliers; Delphi, Lear, Federal-Mogul lead the enlistments.(Brief Article)

Automotive suppliers are signing up to become members of the Covisint Internet exchange at a steady clip. Six have enlisted to participate so far, and others are expected to join them. Covisint is the Internet trade exchange founded by General Motors Corp., Ford Motor Co. and DaimlerChrysler AG.
Since then, Nissan and Renault have taken a stake in the exchange, while Toyota and Honda are expected to be next in line. Suppliers are not being offered a stake in the new venture, but they are enlisting to participate. Six companies have announced formal agreements with the new venture: Delphi Automotive Systems Corp.
