Visteon stock keeps rising, defying Delphi experience.(Brief Article)(Statistical Data Included)

Visteon Corp. (NYSE: VC) is already faring better than the company whose lead it followed, Delphi Automotive Systems Corp. The company reached new stock price highs last week, including a high at $19.25 on Aug. 22 before closing at $18.83. Before the $18.83 close, Visteon's previous high was $18.75.
When it was spun off from Ford Motor Co. earlier this year, the stock began trading at $13.31 a share. It has climbed steadily since then. The stock closed Friday at $17.88. Delphi, which spun off from General Motors Corp. last year, has been trading under $16 a share after beginning last year around $18-$19. Several analysts have put out positive reports on Visteon, including Goldman Sachs Inc., which said Visteon would be worth $25 a share if, based on 2000...
