In casino war, Windsor wins the quarter.

After facing six months of head-on competition from Detroit's two casinos, Casino Windsor lost some ground but still held an edge in the Detroit-Windsor gambling market. The casino's revenue for the quarter ending June 30 was down 6.6 percent, despite drawing 600 more visitors a day. Average daily revenue of $1.3 million placed Casino Windsor slightly ahead of MGM Grand Detroit and MotorCity Casino.
