acquisitions De-Sta-Co Industries, a Madison Heights-based subsidiary of South Hackensack, N.J.-based Dover Corp. (NYSE: DOV), purchased CPI Products, Charlevoix and Plymouth, earlier this year. Amherst Capital Partners L.L.C., Birmingham, initiated the deal and acted as financial adviser to CPI.
