Kmart asks Bankruptcy Court for confidentiality order The U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Chicago on April 23 is scheduled to hear a request from Kmart Corp. for a protective order so that the Troy-based retailer has extra assurance that trade secrets, finances and strategic plans are kept secret.
Kmart (NYSE: KM) said in the request that its unsecured creditors agreed to sign a confidentiality agreement that says they won't share sensitive information.
