Filling office space likely to pose challenge amid glut.(NTH Consultants Ltd. signs Ford Field lease agreement)(Brief Article)

Ford Field has one announced office tenant but is working to fill an additional 78,000 square feet of office space while there is a glut of vacancies in downtown Detroit. Farmington Hills-based NTH Consultants Ltd., an environmental and infrastructure engineering firm that has worked on Ford Field, has leased 14,000 square feet.
Kevin Hoppe, CFO of NTH Consultants, said the firm plans to move about 45 employees in Harmonie Park to Ford Field. The company - which has local offices in Farmington Hills, Detroit and Pontiac - hopes to complete the move in October. Hoppe said NTH had been looking for a new Detroit space.
