Covisint plans move to new Southfield HQ Southfield-based Covisint L.L.C. plans to be in a new headquarters by the end of March, leaving its four floors in Southfield's Maccabees Center for one floor in the newly built Southfield TechneCenter II. The move is expected to save Covisint about 70 percent of its leasing costs, said President and COO Bruce Swift, and comes after the company laid off 150 in April and June.
Covisint now employs 200 in Southfield. ``It gets us all on one floor, and it's much more cost-effective,'' Swift said. Covisint plans to occupy the first floor of the 65,000-square-foot Building One in the Southfield TechneCenter II, at Lahser and Eight Mile roads.
