Kilpatrick & Associates teams with Jaffe, Raitt.(News)(law firms team up)(Brief Article)

Byline: Robert Ankeny Detroit-based Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer & Weiss P.C. has a new partner: the minority-certified law firm Kilpatrick & Associates. The eight-member Kilpatrick firm, with offices in Auburn Hills and Detroit, will be of counsel with Jaffe, said Richardo Kilpatrick, a noted bankruptcy lawyer who's been president and now is chairman of the American Bankruptcy Institute.

"This unique approach will allow us to work closely, share resources and refer clients where needed,'' Kilpatrick said.
