Byline: Jennette Smith The Dearborn office of Young & Rubicam is hiring about 120 local employees to service the Lincoln Mercury advertising account. With the client moving back to Dearborn from Irvine, Calif., the advertising agency has been filling the 150 positions needed for the work, said Cathy Coraci, Y&R human-resources director.

About 30 employees moved from California, and the rest are being hired locally, she said. The agency has hired about 90 people so far. The remaining openings are concentrated more in production rather than traditional account work, Coraci said.
