Nematron asks shareholders to OK $12.6M sale of company Ann Arbor-based Nematron Corp. has asked shareholders to approve sale of the company to a private firm for $12.6 million, according to the company's proxy statement. The statement was filed Oct. 20. Nematron's board of directors has asked shareholders to approve a proposal to sell all of the company's assets and liabilities to Dorman Industries L.L.C.
